CUPRA Cardiff were helpful because they have great Cupra experts in Colin Snook & Richard Middleton they are very knowledgeable, friendly and they go above and beyond. I have bought 8 cars from them over many years of returning to them to buy my car.

The experience at CUPRA Cardiff was great because the process and quick and easy and suited my current situation. Having purchased vehicles from the likes of BMW and Mercedes the experience of collecting the vehicle was poor in comparison. Some areas of the vehicle were still dirty (inside of the filler cap was caked in dirt and have clearly been missed during prep). Would have expected a little more than 10 miles of range in the vehicle aswell on collection.

CUPRA Cardiff were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they were very polite and explained everything well. Knew their products and was very organised. Very straight forward in relaxed surroundings.
